• Uphold the principles and values of the school.
• Ensure the image of the school is kept to the highest standard as per the system requirements.
• Foster a school environment conducive to a proper and full implementation of the Educational System.
• Provide direction and manage school employees in the performance of their assigned tasks.
• Monitor and manage all academic issues through classroom observations, meeting with Academic Quality Controllers, analyzing results using software tools in order to develop corrective action plans in ongoing support of students and teachers.
• Oversee the process of enrolling new students to the school in coordination with the relevant parties and management to ensure successful attainment of targeted annual enrolment.
• Oversee the staff recruitment process in coordination with the relevant parties.
• Develop reports when needed such as, but not limited to, accreditation reports, management reports, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or Master’s degree in education and/or equivalent.
• Fluent English is a must; knowledge of the local language is a plus.
• 10+ years of administrative experience in the educational field.
