Cleaning Supervisor

Role and Responsibilities

• A cleaning supervisor is in charge of supervising the work of the team. They make certain that everyone on the team is performing their duties correctly and in line with company guidelines. They may be tasked with managing vendors or contractors who provide additional services
• Teaching new hires the proper methods for performing their jobs
• Monitoring employees to make sure they are carrying out their tasks in a safe and efficient manner
• Performing inspections to make sure work is being done effectively and efficiently
• Collaborating with other departments, such as facilities maintenance, to ensure that all cleaning requirements are met

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the cleaning industry
• High school diploma
• Working proficiency in English and Kurdish languages.
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent Leadership skills 
• Organized personality
