Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group’s long-term strategic vision and growth plans.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, investments, partnerships, and market expansions.
• Lead diversification and transformation initiatives across the Group’s portfolio.
• Ensure alignment between all subsidiaries and the Group’s strategic objectives.
• Establish modern corporate governance frameworks, reporting structures, and decision-making processes.
• Build a performance-driven culture based on accountability, transparency, and operational excellence.
• Introduce international best practices in management, compliance, and organizational development.
• Oversee all Group operations and ensure efficient execution across business units.
• Monitor operational and financial performance of subsidiaries and leadership teams.
• Drive operational efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead the Group’s financial strategy, budgeting, investments, and capital allocation.
• Ensure sustainable profitability, cash flow management, and financial discipline.
• Oversee major commercial negotiations, strategic partnerships, and financing initiatives.
• Support expansion through strong banking, investor, and institutional relationships.
• Build and lead a high-performing executive leadership team.
• Develop succession planning and organizational capability across the Group.
• Attract, retain, and mentor top-tier talent.
• Foster a professional corporate culture while preserving the Group’s core values.
Stakeholder Management
• Represent the Group with government entities, regulators, financial institutions, investors, and strategic partners.
• Enhance the Group’s corporate image and regional reputation.
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders locally and internationally.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or other advanced management qualification preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in senior leadership or executive management positions.
• Proven leadership experience across multiple industries, with strong exposure to:
- Energy
- Oil & Gas
- Real Estate
• Demonstrated success in leading organizational transformation and corporate institutionalization.
• Experience managing diversified groups or large regional organizations is highly preferred.
