Overall, Job Objective: Work towards achieving the department's goals by conducting market studies, preparing contracts for agreements at the ministerial and governmental levels, and conducting field visits to present proposals.

Within the Bank:

• Coordinate and communicate with relevant departments regarding offered products and services, and any updates related to them. Monitor departments related to transaction progress and customer-related activities.

Outside the Bank:

• Communicate with existing customers and partners to follow up on contracts and agreements, fostering relationships aimed at building and maintaining a customer base to achieve department goals.

Technical and Executive Tasks:

• Conduct market studies and field surveys to understand trends for targeted ministries and departments.

•  Analyze data received from the direct manager related to market studies.

•  Schedule meetings with potential and existing clients.

• Prepare offers and agreements with clients, oversee their signing, and obtain necessary approvals.

•   Communicate with clients to provide requested services, meet their needs, and introduce new products.

• Persuade clients to open accounts or use deposit and loan products, as well as any related electronic services and applications.

•  Send offers to clients, maintain regular communication, and store offers in dedicated files.

• Conduct field visits to ministries, departments, and clients within ministries to provide services and contract with the bank.

• Attend exhibitions and seminars related to product and service offerings, as directed by the direct manager.

• Prepare regular reports on achievement rates.

•Compile a daily report on accomplishments and daily activities.

• Achieve the specified goal as directed by the direct manager, related to services and products that serve customers.

Job Qualifications:

Educational Level and Practical Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields, with experience in sales.

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar functional role.
