looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Baghdad Branch — driving growth, motivating teams, and delivering exceptional customer service.

• Lead and develop the branch team to meet sales and service goals
• Expand and maintain strong client relationships
• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance
• Manage loan approvals and branch profitability
• Follow up on all correspondence and communications related to the branch, as per specialization.
• issue internal memos and organize all work-related matters within the branch.
• Monitor all matters related to branch employees

requirements 

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance (MBA/CPA preferred)
• 10+ years of banking experience (corporate or branch management)
• Strong leadership, business development, and credit analysis skills
• Fluent in Arabic & English
