Petroprime Construction company is looking for a qualified candidate to fill the below position

Position title: Deputy Project Manager

Location: Erbil

Duration: One-year fixed-term contract with three months probation period

Deadline: 20.12.2022

Responsibilities:

• Determine and define project scope and objectives. 

• Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner. • Track project costs in order to meet the budget. 

• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan. 

• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress. 

• Formulating project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the most capable employees and monitoring the project team. 

• Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables. 

• Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution. 

• Monitor progress and plan as needed. 

• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience in project management and/or related field. 

• Master's degree in Project Management or Project Management Professional certificate (PMP). 

• Civil or Architectural background. 

• Proven ability to solve problems creatively. 

• Strong familiarity with project management methodologies, and best practices. 

• Excellent project management and supervision skills. 

• Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills. 

• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful. 

• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
