-Collaborate with the School Director to plan manpower, create a preliminary personnel list, and submit it to the Regional HR Manager and Director.
-Manage attendance and leave in school, follow up on employee records, and report attendance issues to School Director.
-Responsible for recruiting both local and expat talent, including screening resumes, organizing technical tests and demo lessons, conducting initial interviews, scheduling interviews with line managers, and doing reference checks.
-Write feedback and keep candidates’ files and applications updated
-Collect and follow up on required documentation for prospective employees, including Letter of Intent, employment contracts, confidentiality agreements.
-Organize and ensure proper implementation of the orientation programs for new and returning staff members.
- Develop and follow up on the induction programs for new joiners and coordinate all logistics
-Handle the issuance and renewal of insurance policies
-Manage Performance Improvement Plans and Talent Development Programs.
-Ensure efficient and effective classroom observations throughout the academic year. Report any delays to the School Director and Regional HR Manager.
Requirements:
- English is MUST and Arabic fluency.
- 3 to 5 years of previous experience in HR
- Stay up to date with the newest legislation, regulations, and market practices.
- Maintain strict confidentiality with employee records and business information.
