Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on online applications and platforms to identify potential partners for payment gateway integration.
- Collaborate with online businesses, apps, and platforms to integrate Bank's payment services.
- Provide ongoing technical assistance and issue resolution for merchants, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Engage with existing and potential clients to understand their technical requirements and promote FIB's payment solutions.
- Understand the technical needs of customers, effectively communicate the benefits of Bank's services, and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate records of technical integrations and customer interactions in the company's database.
- Uphold and enhance the company's technical reputation through professional interactions and successful integrations.
- Strive to meet and exceed sales quotas, contributing to the company's growth.
- Gather insights into market trends and technological advancements, suggesting new services based on customer feedback and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a technical sale.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong technical background.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection, especially in a technical context.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve technical issues and address complaints.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic technical environment.
- Must have its own car.
