• Responsible for the stable provision of Espressolab “Unique Guest Service” for all guests, maintaining store operations, positively guiding and empowering store teams, and maximizing financial contribution.
• Contributes toward profitability store through seeking opportunities to enhance sales
• Participates in daily operations, such as cash handling, providing customer service, cleaning, and assisting customers with complaints
• Ensuring the continuity of quality operations / providing efficiency in the operation, showing success in audits and mystery customer audits
• Provides shift efficiency
• To assign the right employees in the right places to ensure continuous guest satisfaction.
• Follows the maintenance and cleaning chart
• To keep records in shift changes
• Ensuring that sample products are prepared and served
• Keeps general expenses under control
• Ensures all types as well as amounts of supplies, materials and merchandise are suitably ordered and stocked
• Conveys new product information and details to team
• Prepares weekly schedules for team
• Identifies daily plus weekly staffing requirements along with recruits.
• Resolves all partner complaints as well as concerns and report to area manager
• Provides continuing performance feedback and conduct formal performance along with salary reviews plus counsel team.
• To make sure in store entire team follows hygiene standards as per local rules and regulations.
• To make sure cash management followed as per standard by his teams.
• To make all equipment are properly functional and routine maintenance applied.
• To make sure monthly inventory are done properly on time and make sure action plan in place
• Make sure training plan are followed
Qualification :
Proficiency in English or Turkish in addition to the mother tongue Kurdish - Arabic
Proficiency in Microsoft programs
At least one year experience in the field
Diploma holder as a minimum
