Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate records of POS inventory levels.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment orders as needed.
- Distribution Coordination:
- Coordinate the distribution of POS materials to designated locations.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery to meet operational needs.
- Quality Control:
- Inspect POS materials for quality assurance.
- Address and report any discrepancies or damages promptly.
- Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of POS distribution transactions.
- Generate regular reports on distribution status and inventory levels.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Communicate with internal teams to understand POS distribution requirements.
- Collaborate with vendors and logistics partners to optimize distribution processes.
- POS Installation Support:
- Provide support for POS installations, including coordinating equipment deliveries.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper installation procedures.
- Problem Resolution:
- Address and resolve any issues related to POS distribution, including delays or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective measures.
Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in inventory management or distribution, preferably in a retail or similar industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with POS systems and equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
