The sales engineer is responsible for :
- sales, follow-up our current jobs, visiting the clients all over the southern region.
- attending the required online meetings with manufacturers
- creating opportunities to sell our products to customers and introducing these products to them, if needed
- preparing and submitting our offer after manager division approval
- Reporting (weekly and monthly reports) to the assigned division manager in Baghdad representative, and ensuring that all activities are carried out in an efficient, effective, and safe manner.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Management and control of our activities, jobs, and the products related to the department all over the south area.
- Coordinate activities and resources to achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and supervise all incoming inquiries and orders.
- Work with the management team to support and deliver excellent services to our clients.
- Help to develop process improvements, best practices, and accuracy.
- Ensure that all product-related activities (follow-up and visit the clients, try to follow up on the state of our products inside the site or customer premises, and ask them if they need any replacement / spare parts, trying to convince the customer of our products and sell them as much as possible, delivering the goods and follow with them till paid our payment) and all these activities are accurately and efficiently recorded.
Skills and competencies:
1. Proven ability to direct and coordinate delivering the goods operations.
2. 1-3 years of experience in a sales field and prefer the same products.
3. Advanced knowledge of MS Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
4. Knowledge of quality management systems.
5. Excellent customer service skills.
6. Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electromechanical, chemical, petroleum Engineering
