• Negotiating with vendors to obtain the best possible terms while maintaining a good relationship with them.
•  Reviewing purchase orders to ensure that they are accurate and complete .
•  Estimating costs related to each purchase order, including labor and materials costs.
• Coordinating the flow of materials and products through the supply chain by communicating with other departments within an organization.
• Determine the best sources of supply for each product or service needed by the company, based on price, quality, delivery time, and other criteria.
•  Developing and managing relationships with suppliers to ensure that they provide high-quality products at competitive prices.

Salary Range 1.7-2 million IQD

Requirements

• Graduate in Business or Engineering Discipline with excellent computer skills(BA degree).
•  Minimum 3 years' experience as a procurement specialist/officer in a manufacturing environment
• Good analytical skills..
• Good Computer Skills- MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
• Commercial knowledge on Inco Terms and International business.
• Residing in Karbala Mainly and frequent travels to Baghdad.
•  Arabic and English mainly , other languages are not really and preferred but fine is there is any.
