Job Responsibilities:
● Direct and oversee all aspects of branch operations, ensuring a smooth fusion of
digital and traditional banking methods.
● Craft, refine, and implement branch strategies that accentuate the advantages of
digital banking without compromising the reliability of traditional methods.
● Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate branch staff, cultivating a team that excels in both
digital and conventional banking realms.
● Oversee financial activities, budgeting, and set performance goals to ensure
profitability and growth.
● Ensure strict adherence to banking regulations, internal policies, and ethical
standards.
● Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, addressing concerns, feedback,
and actively seeking opportunities to enhance the client experience.
● Liaise regularly with the IT team, enhancing the digital banking platform,
troubleshooting issues, and brainstorming innovations.
● Represent and champion the bank in community events, fostering goodwill and brand
visibility.
● Continuously educate oneself and the team on emerging banking trends,
technologies, and practices.
Skills & Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s
degree is a plus.
● A minimum of 8 years of experience in banking.
● Excellent leadership and team management skills.
● Knowledge of banking regulations and laws.
● Proficient in banking software and digital tools.
