We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead IT and ICT projects from initiation to successful delivery. The role is responsible for project planning, stakeholder and vendor management, governance, reporting, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Experience with ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT and ICT projects from initiation through completion.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, deliverables, and KPIs.
• Prepare project plans, progress reports, and executive dashboards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure successful project execution.
• Oversee implementation, testing, user acceptance, handover, and project documentation.
• Manage projects involving ICT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cloud solutions, networks, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Support ERP implementation activities, including process mapping, UAT, data migration, training, and go-live.
• Ensure effective risk management, quality assurance, change control, and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience managing IT, ICT, telecom, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management, reporting, and vendor coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Microsoft Excel, or similar project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or ITIL certification is preferred.
• Experience implementing ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar is highly desirable.
