Job Summary
The Site Coordinator / Interface Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating daily site activities across contractors, vendors, and stakeholders for the Data Center project. The role ensures effective interface management between civil, MEP, and ICT works, tracks site progress and pending actions, and supports readiness for commissioning and operational transition. The position also continues into the initial operation phase to support maintenance coordination and site reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily site activities between contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Manage civil, MEP, and ICT interface coordination and site readiness requirements.
- Maintain and update action trackers, pending items lists, and issue logs.
- Support weekly meetings, MOM preparation, and follow-up on action closure.
- Coordinate site access, inspections, material deliveries, and testing schedules.
- Follow up IR/MIR submissions, punch lists, NCRs, and corrective actions.
- Ensure required parties are available for testing and commissioning activities.
- Support collection and tracking of handover documentation, including O&M manuals, test records, warranties, and as-built drawings.
- Support initial operations with vendor coordination, maintenance scheduling, permits, and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in site coordination, MEP coordination, construction coordination, or project controls.
- Experience in data centers, telecom, airports, hospitals, commercial, or industrial projects preferred.
- Good understanding of civil, electrical, mechanical, ICT systems, inspections, testing, and handover processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office; MS Project or Primavera knowledge is an advantage.
- HSE or construction coordination training is preferred.
- Arabic is required; English is preferred for reporting and communication.
- Strong coordination, communication, follow-up, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
