As a Visa Card Customer Support, you will be the frontline support for customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their interaction with our card services. Key responsibilities include:
- Request and verify customer phone numbers upon arrival.
- Check customer names against bank records to locate their card information.
- Collect a copy of national ID or passport for printing cards and attaching with the signed card collections and commitment form if located in the bank.
- Utilize the system to check if the customer's phone number is associated with their account.
- Communicate discrepancies and guide customers on account-related issues.
- Address customer inquiries about card services, providing comprehensive information.
- Instruct customers on how to use the card locally and abroad.
- Assist customers in ordering cards through applications.
- Guide customers in providing correct personal information and selecting the preferred branch for card pickup.
- Collaborate with branches to correct order information if customers mistakenly choose the wrong branch.
- Facilitate the transfer of cards between branches through effective communication.
- Enforce the policy that each customer must personally receive their cards.
