• Monitor the implementation of systems and procedures aimed at improving the level of services provided to customers at the branch, following approved policies and directives from the immediate supervisor.

• Supervise all activities requiring direct interaction with customers related to deposit and withdrawal operations, respond to customer inquiries about their bank accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction with the services provided.

• Pay attention to customer opinions and suggestions, take them into consideration, and follow up on any suggestions or complaints related to the service provided by cashiers, contributing to the development of necessary corrective measures.

• Monitor the performance of cashiers at the branch to ensure their interaction with customers and evaluate their efficiency in handling customer complaints and objections.

• Monitor the provision of basic banking services to customers, including deposits, withdrawals, check issuance and deposit, and cash transfers, ensuring accurate record-keeping.

• Market various banking products and services to customers.

• Participate in developing plans and proposals to improve the cashier team's performance and enhance customer service.

• Ensure continuous cash supply to the ATM and report any malfunctions promptly.

• Safeguard keys and access codes for safes and ATMs.

• Transfer ACH checks to the central bank system.

• Audit collection checks and send them to the relevant department.

• Stamp certified checks with the required stamps and deliver them to the customer.

• Manage cash, including shipping it to and from the main branch.

• Sign off on the activation of dormant accounts after verifying all necessary data according to established procedures.

• Carry out the process of transferring cash movements in new denominations to ATMs in the system.

Educational Level and Practical Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in financial sciences, Banking, Accounting, or equivalent.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar functional role.
