Key Responsibilities:

 Merchandising Strategy:

Develop and implement merchandising strategies aligned with overall marketing and branding objectives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand representation across all channels.

Promotional Material Development:

Oversee the creation of promotional materials, including brochures, banners, posters, and other collateral.

Ensure all materials adhere to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.

 In-Branch Displays:

Plan and implement visually appealing in-branch display to enhance the overall customer experience.

Collaborate with branch managers to align merchandising with specific branch goals and promotions.

Vendor Management:

Identify and manage relationships with vendors, printers, and suppliers for merchandising materials.

Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure cost-effective solutions.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure consistent application of the bank's visual identity in all merchandising materials.

Conduct regular audits to maintain brand integrity.

Budget Management:

Develop and manage the merchandising budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

Track expenses and provide regular reports to leadership.

Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences related to merchandising.

Implement findings to enhance merchandising strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field

Proven experience (5-7 years) in merchandising, preferably in the banking or financial sector.

Strong understanding of branding principles and visual identity.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Creative thinking and the ability to translate concepts into effective visual materials.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Familiarity with regulatory guidelines related to branding and merchandising in the banking industry.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
