Key Responsibilities:

- Visitor Management:
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
- Manage meeting room bookings and visitor logistics.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication.
- Assist in project coordination and provide support as needed.
- Office Culture:
- Foster a positive and inclusive office culture.
- Organize team-building activities and events
Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in office coordination or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
