Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:
    • Assist in organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures.
    • Handle general administrative tasks such as managing schedules, filing, and data entry.
  2. Communication:
    • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
    • Coordinate communication between different departments and team members.
  3. Facility Management:
    • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
    • Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
  4. Meetings and Events:
    • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
    • Prepare necessary materials and ensure logistical arrangements.
  5. Visitor Management:
    • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
    • Manage meeting room bookings and visitor logistics.
  6. Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication.
    • Assist in project coordination and provide support as needed.
  7. Office Culture:
    • Foster a positive and inclusive office culture.
    • Organize team-building activities and events

Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience in office coordination or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail 
  • Adaptability and willingness to take on various tasks.
