Talent Acquisition Supervisor opportunity in Baghdad 
Leading local bank in Iraq 

1.Recruitment Strategy and Execution:
-Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates in the banking sector.
-Supervise the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offers.
2.Candidate Sourcing and Talent Pipeline:
-Utilize diverse sourcing channels (job portals, social media, referrals, agencies) to source high-quality candidates.
-Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs.
3.Process Improvement:
-Continuously enhance recruitment policies, processes, and tools to align with the bank’s objectives.
4.Team Leadership:
-Supervise and guide the talent acquisition team, ensuring their professional development and alignment with recruitment goals.
5.Reporting and Compliance:
-Prepare detailed recruitment reports, including metrics on time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
-Ensure compliance with the bank's policies, labor laws, and hiring regulations in Iraq.
6.Employer Branding:
-Support employer branding initiatives to position the bank as an employer 
of choice.
-Participate in career fairs, university outreach programs, and other recruitment events.

Skills & Qualifications :
•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
•5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
•Strong understanding of the Iraqi labor market and hiring trends.
•Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
•Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
