Warehouse & PMS Technician

Purpose of the Role
To manage site inventory, spare parts, and materials through the PMS/CMMS system, ensuring accurate stock control, material traceability, and continuous support to rig operations while complying with company QHSE, IMS, and ISO/API standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all inventory transactions in the PMS/CMMS and maintain accurate stock records.
- Receive, inspect, store, and issue materials, spare parts, and consumables.
- Conduct stock counts, reconciliations, and monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages.
- Process Material Requests (MRs) and Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and support procurement activities.
- Maintain material certificates, SDS/MSDS records, calibration certificates, and warehouse documentation.
- Quarantine and report non-conforming, damaged, or expired materials.
- Ensure safe storage of materials, chemicals, and equipment while maintaining warehouse housekeeping standards.
Authority
- Reject non-conforming, damaged, or uncertified materials.
- Control the issue of inventory and restrict release of improperly documented items.
- Stop unsafe activities within the warehouse and enforce safety requirements.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, or a related field preferred.
- Forklift Operator certification, H2S Awareness, First Aid, and Fire Fighting training.
- Minimum 2–3 years of warehouse or inventory experience, preferably in oil & gas or heavy industry.
- Experience with CMMS/PMS systems such as AMOS, SAP, or MAXIMO.
- Good English communication skills; Arabic preferred.
- Strong computer, inventory control, and organizational skills.
