Key Responsibilities

Support client companies in executing HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.

Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.

Maintain employee records, contracts, and documentation as per client requirements.

Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires across multiple client organizations.

Provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters (leave, attendance, benefits, performance).

Support performance management cycles, including appraisals and probation reviews.

Assist in employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions under the supervision of senior HR staff.

Prepare HR reports, analytics, and documentation for clients.

Act as the first point of contact for HR queries from candidates and client staff.

Ensure confidentiality, compliance, and professionalism in all HR transactions.

Ability to travel within Iraqi provinces. 

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–3 years of HR experience (preferably within an HR agency, recruitment firm, or multi-client environment).

Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance requirements.

Hands-on experience in recruitment and HR administration.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage HR activities for multiple clients simultaneously.

Proficient in MS Office and HR systems/software.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a client-service mindset.
