The Head of E-Commerce is responsible for developing and executing the company's digital commerce strategy to drive online sales, customer experience, and business growth. The role oversees the e-commerce platform, digital merchandising, online marketing, marketplace performance, and cross-functional coordination to deliver a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's e-commerce strategy, driving revenue growth and profitability.
• Manage the day-to-day performance of the e-commerce website and online sales channels.
• Optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, and digital merchandising to maximize conversions.
• Monitor website performance, customer journey, and user experience, implementing continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with Marketing to plan digital campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain and Retail Operations to ensure product availability, inventory accuracy, and timely order fulfillment.
• Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee relationships with e-commerce platforms, payment providers, logistics partners, and technology vendors.
• Ensure efficient order management, customer service standards, and post-sale support.
• Lead and develop the e-commerce team while establishing KPIs and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in e-commerce, digital retail, or online business management, preferably within consumer electronics or retail.
• Experience managing Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CRM, and online customer acquisition.
