Job Title: Retail Manager

Job brief:
 
We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager who will be responsible for leading retail field force team, helping to structure the business to maximize store performance and sales profitability, by positively influencing retail metrics (ROI, KPI, work policy, guideline, data analysis and store performance check to win store principal).

The selected candidate will be also responsible for:
·      Defining Strategy and Priorities
·      Field Force Implementation
·      Contract and Negotiation
·      Retail Analysis
·      Risk Management
·      Trading the Business
·       Budget management

Requirements and skills:
·      BA degree in Marketing, Business, or any relevant experience
·      Bilingual “fluency on English, Arabic 
·      Over 7 years of working experience in retail marketing and/or trade marketing, large domestic and foreign
·      companies (Electronics, Merchandising), 
·      FMCG Sales, PM, GTM (Go To Market), Field Force Management and so on.
·      Leadership - team management for retail sales support to elevate - field force to drive high productivity.
·      Experience strong client lead - negotiation power to bring competitive along clients
·      Proficient in Microsoft office - Words, Excel, Power point
·      Have a broad view of the full field force operation.
·      Attention to details in planning and execution.
