Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear marketing vision and strategy
aligned with the company's business goals. Guide the team in creating innovative and
effective marketing campaigns.
● Become very familiar with Iraq market: competition, consumer, our USP &
positioning
● Set consumer personas to guide marketing efforts and messaging
● Select appropriate digital marketing channels based on audience behavior and
brand needs
● Develop Quarterly & Annual Marketing Strategy with Implementation Plan
2. Budget Oversight: Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and
monitor expenditures to ensure campaigns are cost-efficient and generate a strong return
on investment (ROAS).
● Understand how to deploy the budget effectively to grow the sales proportionally
● Work with Ads Specialist to distribute the budget meaningfully across different
channels
3. Brand Management: Revamp the Dizli brand, ensuring that it resonates with the target
audience and remains consistent across all touchpoints.
● Work with designer to revamp the brand according to the Brand guidelines and
marketing strategy
● Refresh the existing SM channels with the uplifted content
● Continue to develop and maintain a stronger brand for Dizi
4. Creative Oversight: Manage all creative work to shape the brand’s visual and
communication identity. Ensure all marketing material, campaigns, and communication
efforts align with the brand’s overall strategy and message.
● Brief designer with all marketing materials needed to craft high-quality, engaging
and relevant content including social media posts: photo & videos/reels/stories.
● Ensure smooth workflow between marketing team and graphic designer (briefing,
receiving work, revising work etc)
5. Content Calendar: Lead the creation of the content calendar that will be set in place for
each month according to overall marketing and business goals.
● Work with Designer and Ads Specialist to set the content creation needed every
month according to overall marketing and business goals
6. Content Library: Build a shared library of all creative visuals that we can use for the brand
at any time
● Acquire raw footage (photos and videos) from Distribution office and use it to
create content
● Organize all content types into folders that team members can access and build
on the different categories
7. Social Media Management: Build and maintain a strong online presence, engaging with
the target audience, and achieving marketing goals.
● Revamp IG and FB as existing channels: work with designer to redo the image of
these channels along with the type of content being posted
● Create presence on new channels: TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn with set content
strategy based on marketing plan
● Develop a content calendar alongside Designer and Paid Ads Specialist, and
oversee the creation of all social media content (posts, stories, videos, reels)
across channels
8. Ad Campaign Management: Monthly ad planning along with Paid Ads Specialist of
advertising campaigns to be deployed across all social media channels. Ensure
consistency and coherence in messaging and branding.
● Meta Ads Manager
● Google Ads (Youtube)
● LinkedIn Ads
9. Influencer Marketing: Collaborate with local influencers whose content aligns with our
brand and target consumer
● Identify influencers based on budget allocation
● Create deals with them and roll out collaborations based on content plan /
channel
● Identify a method to calculate ROAS with them
10. Team Management & Collaboration: Manage and collaborate with existing team
members and their roles contributing to marketing success

● Content Acquisition (Baghdad Office)
11. PR Opportunities: Seek local PR opportunities that can spread Dizli’s name in the Iraq
market and lend credibility and trust towards the brand.
12. AI Integration: Develop creative ways to integrate AI into the marketing department by
facilitating processes, elevating the brand image and attributing a unique edge to the brand.
13. Performance Analysis & Monthly Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance
indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts. Use data to refine strategies
and optimize campaigns for maximum impact. Prepare monthly reports highlighting
marketing achievements and challenges.
