We are looking for someone with experience in selling low current solutions, including CCTV and Video Management Systems, Access Control and Time Attendance, Command and Control Rooms, Intrusion Alarms, Road Blockers, and Turnstiles and Gate Barriers, as well as experience in presales for these solutions.

SALES RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identify, generate and develop sales opportunities for new and existing accounts.
• Identify customers’ pain points and recommend best offerings, solutions design within their budgets & technical requirements.
• Acquire company and customers expertise.
• Perform cold calls and sales forecast.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate contract terms and closing deals.
• Manage all activities of the sales cycle.
• Maximize the margin from each deal.
• Cross Sell & Up Sell at Bahr Al Amwaj Enterprise Customers.
• Forecast and track key account matrix.
• Perform weekly Pipeline update.

PRESALES & TECHNICAL COORDINATION RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collect and communicate customers’ inquiries with Presales and Technical team to deliver best client-focused solutions based on their requirements.
• Attend meetings with Presales and Technical team.
AFTER SALES RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Act as a point of contact to customers and resolve emerged issues.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of the requested solutions, customers’ projects.
• Follow up customers to ensure efficient account management and on-time collection.
CUSTOMERS RELATIONSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain strong business relationships with customers.
• Ensure professional socializing and networking with clients.
SELF-DEVELOPMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Remain up to date with market trends and competitors’ activities.
• Attend Vendors’ trainings, Webinars and conferences
• Accomplish new certifications and develop sale & technical know-how
REPORTING RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prepare reports about the sales activities, pipeline, target achievement, collection, competitive position and any other clients’ matters.

REQUIREMENTS
DEGREE
• BE Degree in Business Computer, MIS, IT or equivalent
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
• Minimum of 3 years proven, successful and sustained sales track record within fast growing IT solutions companies.
