Data Analyst Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect, organize, and analyze sales data, including sales results, market trends, customer behavior, and competitive analysis.
- Sales Forecasting and Planning:
- Collaborate with sales team members to develop accurate sales forecasts based on historical data, market conditions, and business goals.
- Monitor and evaluate sales pipeline, conversion rates, and sales targets to identify gaps and provide recommendations for sales strategies and resource allocation.
- Support the development and implementation of sales plans and initiatives to achieve sales targets.
- Sales Performance Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales performance by product, region, customer segment, and sales representative.
- Identify factors impacting sales performance, such as pricing, promotions, customer satisfaction, and market dynamics.
- Recommend sales strategies, pricing adjustments, and process improvements to enhance sales productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Operations Support:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of sales data systems, tools, and processes to ensure accurate and efficient data capture, analysis, and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SPSS).
- Prior experience in sales analysis, business intelligence, or related roles is preferred.
- Fluent in Kurdish, English and Arabic.
