Job Responsibilities:
● Provide pivotal support to the Branch Manager in streamlining daily operations,
ensuring a harmonious blend of digital and traditional banking modalities.
● Take the lead in specific digital integration initiatives, ensuring that staff are adept at
using and promoting digital tools.
● Train and coach staff, emphasizing the importance of fluency in both digital and
traditional banking operations.
● Handle escalated customer concerns with empathy and efficiency, ensuring that the
bank's reputation for stellar service is upheld.
● Assume leadership and decision-making responsibilities in the absence of the
Branch Manager, ensuring continuity and stability.
● Analyze branch performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate
on strategy refinement.
● Collaborate closely with the IT department, ensuring that the branch remains at the
forefront of digital banking innovations.
● Engage in continuous professional development, seeking out knowledge on the latest
banking technology, digital trends, and best practices.
● Aid the Branch Manager in compliance, risk management, and regulatory matters,
ensuring that the branch operates within legal and ethical bounds.
Skills & Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
● A minimum of 5 years of experience in banking.
● Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team.
● Familiarity with banking regulations and laws.
● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
● Proficiency in using banking software and digital platforms.
