Candidate must be based in Baghdad and will be responsible for the sales channels in Central, Middle, and Southern Iraq
Responsibilities:
STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT:
Leverage Consumer, Retailers and market-insights to address business problems/opportunities to support the development of a suitable overall strategy and Omnichannel plan in close collaboration with Commercial Director.
TRADE:
Develop and establish Trade Area strategies to safeguard target achievement of company’s portfolio though key commercial drivers i.e. GT / KA contracted universe, Retail visibility, Trade full digitalization and Engagement.
Operational Effectiveness:
Contribute towards attaining operational effectiveness & efficiency of Distributors in the Region and assist in managing the relationships with key stakeholders in the respective territory from our distributor to point of sales representatives.
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:
Set and communicate the individual objectives members; monitor and supervise field force organization and front liners to ensure that commercial objectives are achieved.
BUDGET ALLOCATION:
Plan Area budget with Commercial Operations Manager for the respective Area. Track compliance rates vs. approved budget.
EHSS, PRINCIPLES & PRACTICES
Ensure that all activities build and maintain a solid image of the company as responsible and preferred business partner.
Education
College/University<>University degree preferable
Work Experience
• 5+ years of experience in Sales / Commercial roles
• Experience in FMCG
• Sales experience in different channels (KA, GT, HoReCa ) preferable
• Experience in people management is an advantage
