1. Social Media Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research on social media
channels in Iraq including IG, FB, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
● Become familiar with the type of content that works in Iraq
● Understand the different type of content on different channels
● Understand the consumer in Iraq
● Follow competition and top influencers to stay in touch with what type of content
they are posting
● Stay up to date with the latest content trends (i.e. if there’s a video trend, how
can Dizli leverage that)
2. Brand Consistency: Use established brand guidelines for all content creation.
● Be the brand guardian by ensuring it remains consistent across all touchpoints
● Make the brand a household name in Iraq
3. Content Calendar: Develop a content calendar in liaison with the Marketing Manager and
Ads Specialist that fits marketing goals for each month.
● Plan content for organic posts and paid ad campaigns
● Create content ahead of time to fit the calendar deadlines
4. Content Creation: Develop visually appealing and culturally relevant multimedia content for
various social media platforms. This includes designing graphics, crafting video content
(stories, reels, shorts, videos), and creating animations that resonate with the Iraqi audience.
● Design eye-catching visuals and videos based on campaign goals received from
Marketing Manager
● Craft posts and captions that will resonate with the Iraqi audience
● Create content suitable for each platform: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn
and YouTube
5. Content Optimization:
● Optimize content for various platforms: sizing, dimensions etc.
● Work with Ads Specialist to optimize visuals for paid ads when they need to
increase performance (i.e. change visuals, adapt headlines quickly)
6. Content Library: Place all creative work in a shared library on Drive that Marketing
Department can access at any time
● Build content library and organize it according to content type and platform
● Acquire raw footage (photos and videos) from Baghdad Distribution office and
use it to create content, also use Beirut office to set up photoshoots of products
when needed
MULTIMEDIA DESIGNER SKILL SET
● Graphic Design: Proficiency in graphic design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator,
and Canva to create eye-catching static posts, graphics, and images.
● Video Production: Skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut
Pro, or similar tools to edit and enhance video content.
● Animation & Motion Graphics: Knowledge of animation software (e.g., Adobe After
Effects) for creating animated elements, transitions, and effects in videos and stories.
● Photography: Basic photography skills for capturing high-quality images and visuals to
use in content creation.
● Copywriting: Proficiency in writing engaging and concise copy for captions, headlines,
and descriptions to complement visuals.
● Multimedia Integration: Capability to combine various multimedia elements seamlessly,
such as graphics, video clips, animations, and text overlays.
