Responsibilities

• Define and document localized product and business requirements with business teams.
• Translate market, user, and regulatory needs into clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to support prioritization and positioning.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, and internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Support QA team with UAT and validate release readiness across core user journeys.
• Track onboarding, activation, and usage KPIs; identify drop-offs and improvement opportunities.
• Support backlog refinement using data, user behavior, and local market insights.
• Lead and support discussions with external partners on integration requirements.
• Act as the local product reference, ensuring product decisions reflect on-the-ground realities. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business, or Design
• 3+ years experience in product management, product ownership, or product analysis (fintech or digital banking preferred).
• Ability to write clear and structured PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with product KPIs.
• Experience coordinating with compliance, legal, or regulated stakeholders.
• Ability to translate local market needs into product requirements.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally.
• Strong communication skills with a results-oriented, organized, and structured approach to work.
• Fluent in Arabic, Kurdish, and English.
