- Administrative Support:

- Professional Image:
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the bank's commitment to customer service.
Skills & Qualifications:
- diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred.
- Familiarity with basic banking products and services..
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in office equipment usage.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize.
