Key Responsibilities:

  1. Front Desk Management:
    • Greet and assist clients and visitors professionally.
    • Maintain a tidy reception area.
  2. Client Interaction:
    • Provide information on bank products and services.
    • Direct clients to the appropriate departments.
  3. Phone Handling:
    • Answer and route calls promptly.
    • Take and deliver messages accurately.
  4. Appointment Scheduling:
    • Schedule client appointments and coordinate meeting room reservations.
  5. Documentation Assistance:
    • Assist with completing forms and provide transaction information.
  6. Security Measures:
    • Monitor and control access to the bank premises.
    • Follow security protocols.
  7. Administrative Support:
    • Assist with basic administrative tasks.
  8. Professional Image:
    • Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the bank's commitment to customer service.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with basic banking products and services..
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in office equipment usage.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize.
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
