We are seeking an experienced Facility Manager to oversee the operations, maintenance, and service delivery of residential units. The role ensures residents live in a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment while managing vendors, budgets, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day facility operations, maintenance, and repairs of residential buildings.

Oversee outsourced services (security, cleaning, landscaping, pest control, etc.).

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Handle resident requests, complaints, and service-related issues.

Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor performance.

Supervise and develop facility staff and technicians.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

5+ years of facility management experience (preferably in residential property management).

Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators).

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in MS Office and facility management software (CAFMs).
