Key Responsibilities:

• Operate hydraulic power tongs and casing/tubing running equipment during drilling and completion operations
• Perform torque monitoring and control to ensure connections meet specified torque values
• Assist in rig-up and rig-down of TRS equipment, including tong and jam units
• Conduct pre-job inspections, function testing, and routine maintenance of equipment
• Ensure proper handling, alignment, and positioning of tubulars during operations
• Record and report torque data, equipment performance, and job logs accurately
• Troubleshoot mechanical or hydraulic issues on-site and escalate when necessary
• Adhere strictly to HSE policies, procedures, and industry safety standards
• Support supervisors and engineers during field operations and client interactions
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and ensure housekeeping standards are met

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Technical Certification in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 4–5 years of experience in TRS, drilling, or oil & gas field operations 
• Hands-on experience with power tongs, torque systems, and tubular handling equipment is preferred
• Strong awareness of health, safety, and environmental practices
