Job Responsibilities :
1. Create a Sales Team, with proper training and management.
2. Call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
3. Build good working relationships.
4. Understand the needs of your business customers.
5. Research the market and related services.
6. Contributing with new ideas to develop Photonect and it’s experience to the user.
7. Responding to requests for information release or press conference from the media
or designating a spokesperson or source of information.
8. Establishing and maintaining relationships with consumer, community, employee, and
public interest groups.
9. Present the product or service favourably and in a structured professional way
face-to-face.
10. Studying the organization's objectives, promotional policies, and needs to build public
relations strategies that influence public opinion and promote products, ideas, and
services.
11. Conferring with managers to identify trends and group interests and providing advice
on business decisions.
12. Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
13. Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
14. Gather market and customer information
15. Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
16. Advise on forthcoming service developments and discuss special promotions
17. Create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which
is largely dictated by the prospective customer
18. Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and provide customers with quotations.
19. Record sales and order information, sending copies to the sales office, or entering
figures into a computer system

● The sales industry is target driven and as a consequence the work can sometimes be demanding and pressurised.
● Conditions of work vary widely according to the field in which you operate.
● Sales executives are generally expected to look professional and smart, particularly
when liaising with clients.
● The working culture created by management and colleagues can often be

● This is a male-dominated industry.
Job Requirements :
1. Age (22-35)
2. Have a bachelor's Degree
3. Own a laptop and a smartphone, and willing to use them in her work with photonect.
4. Speaks English and Arabic. (Kurdish is a plus)
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to pitch to the media.
7. Knowledge of consumer marketing.
8. An ability to work on big strategy plans as well as day-to-day tasks.
9. Ability to think both creatively and strategically.
10. Ability to run PR campaigns that deliver measurable results and meet objectives.
11. Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills.
12. Project and budget management skills.
13. Responds well under pressure with a strict time limit.
14. Quick and enthusiastic learner.
15. Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy
16. Understanding of budgets and business-planning
17. Ability to conduct technological analyses and research

Job Compensations:
Salary : Target Based Incentives + Fixed Salary Contract period : 3-12 months (Flexible)
