Job Description

• Memorizing and executing menu items and orders relating to drinks, sandwiches, and other prepared items
• Preparing and serving orders within specified time periods to maintain expected standards of service
• Preparing a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, smoothies, milkshakes, and sandwiches according to customer orders
• Cross-training with Cashier roles to develop multiple skills sets related to the operation
• Maintaining equipment and cleaning the barista station in accordance with Donut World policies
• Developing and suggesting new drinks according to customer demand
• Managing customer interactions in a positive manner according to brand standards
