Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize company performance.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure financial stability and growth.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, statements, and business activity reports for senior management.
• Monitor cash flow, revenue, and expenses to ensure the company’s financial health.
• Conduct risk management analysis to identify and mitigate potential financial risks.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting principles.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and financial institutions.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions and long-term strategies.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
• Implement and improve financial systems, controls, and cost-reduction initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA/CFA certification is a plus).
• 5+ years of experience in financial management, accounting, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
• Strong understanding of corporate financial planning, risk management and investment strategies.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong leadership and communication abilities with experience in team management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple financial responsibilities.
• Analytical skills to interpret large volumes of data, spot anomalies and assess risks in economic forecasts.
• Professional certification, such as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
