Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary HR contact at the rig site, ensuring compliance with both company and client HR policies.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance logs, leave management, and personnel files.
  • Support onboarding, orientation, and induction of new hires at the site.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of timesheets, leave requests, and payroll-related data to the HR agency’s main office.
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Facilitate positive employee relations and promote a safe and respectful work environment.
  • Coordinate with the HR agency’s recruitment team for manpower requests and replacements.
  • Support mobilization and demobilization processes including document verification, medical checks, and site access permits.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company HR policies.
  • Prepare periodic HR reports (attendance, turnover, headcount, leave status, etc.) for submission to both the HR agency and client.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  •  2 years of HR experience, preferably within oil and gas .
  • Experience working in an HR agency or outsourced HR environment is highly desirable.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws, payroll coordination, and site-level HR practices.
  • Strong administrative and reporting skills with high attention to detail.
