Qualifications:
• Have a bachelor's degree (engineering is well preferred)
• Have good communications skills
• Very good in English (writing and speaking)
• Very good skills in Microsoft office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
• Have at least one year of experience in Business Excellence/process writing
Responsibilities
-Meet managers/leaders/executors to collect all information/data related to the process for the company's departments
-Write/enhance processes based on the standards and business needs
-Follow up with all departments to get the processes approved/signed
-Create monthly/quarterly/ yearly reports to masseur the process performance
-Perform periodic audits on the processes/KPIs
-Perform processes enhancements cycles
Salary Range 1-1.5 million IQD
