Stepture is hiring an experienced Business Analyst for its premise in Erbil.

Main Responsibilities 
• Preparing planning documents and written reports
• Handles resources and data analytics to assist fundamental decision making in relation to business progression, budget and optimization
• Determines operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
• Communicate with internal colleagues to understand the needs of departments and the organization as a whole
• Gather important company data and compile it into reports and departmental managers can use
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and translate business data into digestible information that improves corporate processes
• Performs feasibility analysis, scopes projects, and works with the team to prioritizes deliverables, and negotiate on product functionalities
• Provides analytic support by coordinating data extraction from various databases and data interpretation
• Support annual planning and quarterly forecasts 
• Forecast the levels of demand for services and products, to meet budget and keep a constant check on stock levels
• Provide finance administrative support
• Seek out and implement approaches to cost-effectiveness in business operations
• Control Continued payment schedules and control

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field.
• Experience for 5 to 10 years working as a business analyst or Accounting
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Highly organized and perform well under pressure.
• Age above 30 years 
• Arabic, English Language 
• Ability to travel to overall Iraq
