Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in
Baghdad and expand our business clients across Iraq. The ideal candidate will be responsible
for identifying potential business clients, arranging sales meetings, following up with leads and
ultimately closing deals to drive company sales.

Key Responsibilities
1. Market Analysis
○ Conduct thorough market research to understand the Iraqi market, identify
potential business opportunities, and stay updated on industry trends and
competitor activities.
2. Prospecting and Client Identification
○ Identify and target businesses in Iraq that require large-scale imports of American
products for local retail channels.
○ Assemble a comprehensive list of potential business clients in Baghdad,
categorized by industry.
○ Constantly identify and update new leads and opportunities.
3. Sales Meeting Arrangement
○ Initiate contact with potential clients through effective communication channels.
○ Schedule and coordinate sales meetings to introduce our services and products.
○ Present our offerings in a compelling and professional manner, addressing client
needs.
4. Negotiation and Deal Closing
○ Employ consultative selling techniques to understand client requirements and
tailor solutions.
○ Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure deals and meet or exceed sales
targets.
○ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, negotiations, and
outcomes.
5. Relationship Building
○ Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers,
stakeholders, and industry influencers in Iraq. Build trust and credibility with
clients and partners.
6. Business Sales Strategy Development
○ Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including market
segmentation, pricing strategies, and work with the Marketing Department to
create targeted marketing campaigns in effective channels.

Requirements:

-Previous years experience

-In-depth Industry Knowledge

-Bachelors degree in business development or any relevant field, Master's degree is preferred or any other higher degree professional or academic.
