Job Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of Buyers across a range of food and beverage categories.
• Driving 'procurement best practice' and ensuring strong relationships with suppliers.
• Working closely with various internal stakeholders including Finance, Supply Chain, Marketing, Quality, and menu development
• Ensure the best price, without compromising quality.

Job Requirements:

• 7 + years in food and beverage procurement.
• Experience managing a team of buyers.
• Experience working in a large or complex business.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong influencing skills.
• A proactive mind-set.
• Must be an Iraqi citizen based in Baghdad or willing to relocate to Baghdad.
