Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals and market trends.
  • Oversee and manage digital, social media, and traditional marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  • Lead market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and consumer insights.
  • Develop and maintain a strong brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently, optimizing ROI on marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders to enhance brand exposure.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, content, and advertising strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best marketing practices.
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO and social media trends.
  • Proven experience in brand management, market research, and campaign execution.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
