We are hiring in our company "Back Office Support ".
Area: Baghdad.
Language: Good in writing and speaking English, and Arabic.
Responsibilities:
- Provide IT Assistance services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations in the ICT department.
- Assist and coordinate with the dept. team.
- Contact for Supply Chain & Logistics department for all requests and new needs.
- Process Division receipts, invoices, and bills.
- Organize staff meetings and update calendars for tender closing.
- Support the management team and Work as part of a team.
- Working on CRM platforms.
- Prepare letters with High-level written and verbal communication with customers and vendors.
- Doing market research techniques.
- Carry out various assignments assigned by the direct supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Engineering or Computer Engineering or Science.
- 1+ years' experience in the same role.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work individually and as a part of a team.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems.
