Job description
Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate the electrical and lighting projects sector.
Lead and motivate the project sales team to achieve sales targets and establish key performance indicators and metrics to improve the sales team's performance, and report results to senior management.
Monitor industry trends, competitive status, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports to senior management on the status of project team accomplishments, hold regular meetings to discuss work hindrances and find suitable solutions.
Identify and target potential clients, projects, and partnerships to expand the company's project sales plan.
Enhance relationships with electricians, contractors, and engineering companies.
Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, architects, contractors, consultants, and other industry influencers.
Participate in industry developments, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance the company's visibility and attract potential clients.
Supervise the preparation of project proposals, data, and presentations, ensuring alignment with client requirements and company standards.
Create clear documentation to support and ensure smooth project delivery for building long-term client relationships.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Analyze sales data and market trends to provide plans and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required
Proficient in computer skills and software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
At least 2 years of experience in the same field
Negotiation and persuasion skills
Having a personal means of transportation is preferred
