Job position:  Maintenance Civil Engineer             3+ Years Exp.
Location:           Baghdad-Airport Street\AUIB
Reporting to:  Company Director
Working Hours: Full-time 

Job Brief: 

We are looking for an experienced civil engineer with a high level of knowledge. To join the maintenance work team and will be responsible for following up on the civil works of the buildings and finding solutions and processing them.

  Requirements and Responsibilities:

• A bachelor's degree in Civil engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years in a Civil engineering role in Civil engineering services and supervisory capacity.
• work on all Civil engineering Maintenance activities, including construction, planned maintenance, and improvement of the facilities.
• building inspections walls and roof maintenance repair work and painting and drywall patching work.
• Direct and coordinate construction, maintenance, support, documentation, and related activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and requirements.
• Inspect completed civil engineering works and observe, to ensure conformance to design and specifications and compliance with safety standards.
• Review maintenance work by the Civil team to check and ensure standards and specifications.
• Identify engineered resolutions to recurring civil engineering issues.
• Recommend improvements in methods, equipment, operating procedures, and working condition activities for the area and site.
• Analyze information related to civil engineering works and prepare engineering reports in that regard to the management.
