Job Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage warehouse operations, inventory control, order fulfillment, and secure storage of smartphones and high value electronics products in Baghdad. The role requires strong operational discipline, inventory accuracy, secure handling of high-value products, and coordination with logistics and sales teams for timely market distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure secure storage and handling of smartphones and electronic devices.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock audits/cycle counts.
• Coordinate order preparation and dispatch to wholesalers, distributors, and retail customers.
• Maintain proper documentation for inbound and outbound inventory movement.
• Ensure FIFO practices and accurate serial number tracking.
• Monitor warehouse security, access control, and loss prevention measures.
• Coordinate with 3PL logistics teams for transportation scheduling and delivery execution.
• Supervise warehouse staff, loaders, and support personnel.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety standards, and operational discipline.
• Support urgent dispatch requirements for market demand fluctuations.
• Generate daily operational reports and circulate with sales team.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma preferred.
• 5–8 years of warehouse operations experience.
• Experience handling smartphones, electronics, or high-value products preferred.
• Good understanding of inventory systems and warehouse processes.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced operational environments.
• ERP/WMS knowledge preferred.
• Arabic language and English preferred.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in Baghdad mobile/electronics distribution market.
• Knowledge of serial number-based inventory management.
• Experience handling secure dispatch and cash-linked delivery operations.
