Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Retails company,
- Excellent command of MS Office programs (especially excel),
- Experienced in team management
- Good at relationship management,
- Improved analytical thinking, planning and organization skills,
- Excellent command of written and spoken English,
- No obstacle to travel,
Responsibly:
To ensure the store’s visual order is within the company’s standards, to co-operate
with Visual Group
Department.
To ensure the products are exposed in the right way and exhibition of right product
at the right time
and the right place of the store considering the season circumstances and according
to visual directives.
To take necessary precautions to prevent stock deficits, weekly sample product
counting to be done and related reports to be prepared.
To carry out all the continuous and situational audit criteria published by the Audit
Department and organization of daily, weekly, and monthly jobs according to plans.
To perform rayon controls in accordance with the Daily Store Audit Control List.
Continuously monitoring cost which can be controlled.
According to the weekly topic determined by head office; to manage Mediterranean
Meeting, share weekly topics with the employee and raise employees’ motivation to
achieve the objectives.
To ensure the delivery, acceptance, return and transfer operations of products in
accordance with the procedures.
To form the Monthly Demand List and share it with the related executive, to
guarantee all the necessary materials are present in sufficient amounts, order and
supply the materials that are decreased at the right time.
To perform all the necessary preparations and operations to achieve the sales
objectives, and to fulfill the weekly and monthly objectives with the use of the right
and effective sales techniques.
To monitor the product details and performances, to perform effective stock and
sales management, control capacity and occupancy, to determine products’ weekly
sales and perform class analysis, request for RPT and return when necessary, and
inform the regional manager and merchandising department.
To ensure all the financial and official operations in the store are performed
according to laws and procedures, to control and approve safe extracts, cash safe
reports, and invoices/dispatch notes.
Manage, monitor, and report employees’ daily attendance.
To inform his/her executive about authorization or unsolvable situations.
To prepare daily/weekly shift schedules to be prepared according to special/dense
times and weekly working times of part-time staff, to record the employee payrolls in
the system.
To manage the training of Management Trainees and new staff at operational
processes and training determined by the Human Resources Department.
To have the knowledge of whom will be contacted about the related subject at Head
Office.
To ensure rational and effective usage of employee, budget, time, equipment, stock,
and work environment assigned to the store under his management, to take cost[1]reducing precautions, and to achieve cost objectives.
To get regular knowledge from store staff about operations and services at the store
under his authority, to control the employees’ work and the reports they prepare.
To perform additional work according to his/her executive or company.
To represent the company about appearance and behaviors in the best way, to ensure
the staff under his authority apply discipline regulations.
To take precautions about the store, customer, and employee’s life & property
security, to control the store equipment, to ensure the security of store keys and
equipment, and to maintain the secrecy of knowledge and documents under his
authority.
To ensure hygiene standards in all parts of the store.
To perform actions to increase customer satisfaction level and service quality, to
train an employee and to ensure they have friendly and positive communication with
customers, to be a role model with his/her behavior, and to deal with and solve
customers’ requests & complaints.
To take precautions for possible technical failures in the store, to solve the failures
informing the related department when happened.
ensure the store is opened and closed at determined hours.
To make the store be opened as ready for sales.
