Job Description

Vision Education is looking for a Logistics Manager who will be responsible for the effective organization and distribution of company goods and services in order to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction while also supervising fleet administration. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, transportation and customer service. 
• Direct, optimize, and coordinate complete order cycle.
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, and consumers.
• Keep track of quality, quantity, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency. 
• Arrange detailed and meticulous plan routes.
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
• Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
• Maintain safety and security measures with regard to transportation.
• Working with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations. 
• Evaluating budgets and expenditures. 

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES: 

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, or equivalent. 
• Proven working experience as Logistics Manager, minimum of 3 years.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Kurdish and English. Arabic is advantageous. 
• Demonstrate ability to lead and manage staff.
• Excellent attention to details. 
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
• Outstanding analytical, problem-solving and organizational abilities. 
• Excellent customer service communication skills.
