Job Description

We are seeking a high-caliber Project Management & Budget Control Lead to support senior leadership across functions such as Product, Operations, and Executive Management.

This role is heavily focused on project execution, financial oversight, and strategic coordination, ensuring that initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will operate as a central driver of planning, tracking, and performance across multiple high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end project management across multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop, track, and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures.
• Monitor project performance, timelines, risks, and dependencies, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
• Prepare and present budget reports, financial summaries, and project status updates to senior leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure efficient execution and resource allocation.
• Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, SOPs, and reporting structures.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining quality and delivery standards.
• Support leadership in strategic planning, budgeting cycles, and operational decision-making.
• Ensure proper documentation, tracking of KPIs, and compliance with internal processes.
• Act as the focal point between finance, operations, and project teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in project management, budgeting, or operational roles.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects with budget accountability.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, cost control, and reporting.
• Experience supporting senior leadership or executive-level stakeholders is highly preferred.
